I have been trying to change my plan to 10GB $60 since last week with no luck. Online chat doesnt work and its taking forever to get hold of a rep. Currently, I have three lines on my account and data is very important for my work. I have lost 2GB bonus on two numbers this month. And now I am left with only 2 options - switch to Freedom/Bell or get a better deal. I have been with Fido from many years and I am paying a few hundred dollars everymonth. Its unfair that you are offering other customers with exclusive offers and I havnt received none.
