I had gotten the 2 year spotify premium courtesy of fido in December 2015, but it ended today, April 07, 2017. I still have many months to go before it should end. Is there any way to solve this?
I`m having the same problem here. My plan started on Oct 2015 with the 2 years Spotify Fido Pulse plan. Last night, it told me that my premium ended. Will someone be able to help me look into this? Thanks.
This seems to be a recurring issue. Both my partner and I have lost our Spotify premium account access over the last month. I bought a new phone last August/September and got a new plan at that time.
Can I please get some assistance looking into this issue?
Thanks for the welcome. Yes there were changes to my account at that time -- I signed up to better plan in addition to the purchase of a new phone in August 2016.
