I had gotten the 2 year spotify premium courtesy of fido in December 2015, but it ended today, April 07, 2017. I still have many months to go before it should end. Is there any way to solve this?

I`m having the same problem here. My plan started on Oct 2015 with the 2 years Spotify Fido Pulse plan. Last night, it told me that my premium ended. Will someone be able to help me look into this? Thanks.

Hi there, this also happened to me too. I signed my plan with Fido with Spotify Premium at the end of May/June 2016 so I should have Spotify Premium until June 2018.
Exact same problem, mine is supposed to end April 26, 2018 but it ended couple days back. Please help.

This seems to be a recurring issue. Both my partner and I have lost our Spotify premium account access over the last month. I bought a new phone last August/September and got a new plan at that time.
Can I please get some assistance looking into this issue?

Thanks for the welcome. Yes there were changes to my account at that time -- I signed up to better plan in addition to the purchase of a new phone in August 2016.
