I changed my plan to the promo once it came out via your customer service support through the phone. The plan was suppose to take effective 21 of December. I also went to one of your retail stores to verify the changes were going to be in place as I never got an email notification or text notifcation. The rep at the store also confirmed the plan was in place and will take effect on the 21st of December. I logged online to my account and notice not only my plan was not the promo plan but my orginal 6gb for $60 with unlimited talk/text was now changed to 1000.
