Im in the same boat as you. I have been trying since yesterday and it sucks that the customer support has been lacking for a promo that is high in demand.

Maybe its time to try koodo?

Yeah, I am thinking the same. Out of curiosity I just tried calling and I got through in 5 minutes. Vs 2 days and still unsuccessful with Fido.

Same, this really makes you think 2x about Fido. Website not working, app won’t load, live chat down, phones down. It’s ridiculous.
