I've tried calling you, FB messaging you, and using the online chat... not of them are getting through... so I'll try here. I do not see the promo plan that is 10GB for $60 when I try to change my existing plan. I see some people are seeing a 5 GB plan for $60/month, but I don't even see that one. This is extremely difficult to change plans... please help. I'm going to go somewhere else if you cannot get this sorted out. I read online that the deal has been extended to Dec 19th for existing customers. I'm hoping to get some kind of response tomorrow early, if not I need to walk to another provider. Really whoever answers first gets the business. Please help.

Any luck with being helped? Same experience here. Long time fido customer, tried to use online chat but kept getting a message saying "sorry this is embarrassing please try again later" and then was on hold for 3hours to only be dropped then tried changing plan myself online and couldn't find it in any of the plan options. Super frustrating!!!! Hope they offer it again / extend or fix this.
Customer service has rectified everything on my end.
