Hi, I can see that this offer is extended until December 19th, today, but I cannot access this online to change my plan online. Please help! I go to the "Promo" tab on the top of the website, and I see the offer. I click "Get it" and "log in" but it doesn't come up. Can someone please help. I've been trying all day to call, chat and to do it myself.
