Like other customers, I tried calling Fido, I tried Live Chat (which didn't work even once over the past couple of days), I've tried Twitter, and I've tried the "Share A Concern" contact form, but I wasn't able to get ahold of a CSR. I also tried changing my plan myself on the website, but it kept on timing out. Would somebody please help me to switch to the $60/mo, 10GB plan, please and thanks?
I'm in the same boat. My issue with online is not that it kept timing out - it was that the plan was not showing up in my account as an option when I tried to change my plan on my own. Trying to get a representative was impossible. I'm still waiting for someone to respond to multiple messages I left asking for help with changing my plan.
you should have better luck calling today, the promo period is over now so their call centre call volume should return to somewhat normal level of traffic now, give them a call, theyre open, 1-888-481-FIDO
