I recently called Fido and changed my plan to the 10GB/$60 plan and was told it would be active on the 19th of December. I was also told I would receive an email confirmation of my plan changes but I have not received it.(was supposed to get it 3 days ago according to sales rep) As phone calls are recorded and I have a text confirmation on my plan changed I’m wondering why it’s not in effect yet?

If you log into My Account, do you see the new plan or is it still showing the old one?
I was able to get in contact with Fido and they resolved everything. Thanks for replying though
