I have been connected to Live Chat for over 2 1/2 hours with no luck. Somewhere it had said that we could change the plan ourselves online... tried doing that but out of the three options for Existing Fido Customers, Login just looped back to the Plans page, Contact returned me to the Live Chat Option and Continue brought up a screen saying "....currently not available online....". Very very frustrating!
Yes I have the same problem.They could not cope and cut my line when I need to talk to someone.
It is crazy and a telco cannot handle calls? They might will close shop.
