Can i please get an update on this??? i was on hold today for over 2 hours before my call got disconnected no one has responded on your facebook page. Your chat service is down and your system would not allow me to upgrade it through myfido profile online>>>
I'm really hoping Fido reaches out due to this.

Hi, I also want to get this 10GB for $60/mo promotion as well. As an existing customer, I could not find this promotion online through "my account-change my plan" (not even $60 for 5GB!!!), PLUS, I was unable to call customer service even though I tried like a million times:( Just wondering if you could DM me this offer, pleaseeeeeeeeee!
