WHAT can I do to get this promotion plan?? Tried to use online chat this from noontime, but could not connect to any rep. Then went to Fido store, of course, they said we could not help here, just keep trying by yourself.
Now back to home. Tried to click "change plan" on the Fido website, but it is showing please contact us in person. Then tried Online chat again. But it has been disabled! tried million times already...Jesus
Finally changed the promotion plan online, but it is only showing 5GB. Wondering if the other 5GB will be added automatically in 1-2 billing cycles like other people said. Still waiting for Live Chat..
