Have been trying to upgrade our phone line to new promo plan for three days. 

- went in store on Saturday and was asked to call in to help

- tried online chat on both Sun and Mon

- tried calling in on Monday at three different times

This is a great plan and I’m looking forward to getting it, just would like a way to confirm my participation.

You should implement a tool to collect email addresses.
