Been trying to get through to change my plan for 2 days now.. no answer.. Fido hangs up on you. I finally got through to someone and she was French and didn't feel comfortable talking to me so transferred me to an English rep but hung up on me!

Hi, I am unable to change my plan online
There is no option to change plan online anymore. It seems they've disabled the button, conveniently. This is a nightmare! I've wasted so many hours of my life trying to change my plan. I'm even more pissed off now than i was with my ridiculously high bill before. DISGUSTING!

The $60/10gb does not seem to be an option as a plan online. Is there another way to get the plan?
