Its so frustrating as i have been a loyal customer for years— and fidos customer service isnt helping their current customers with getting these promos and helping them save money whereever they can.
I have been on hold for quite some time too listening to a song that asks "What about love.... what about love...".
Anyway, you can go to the fido store directly and get them to change it directly.
Ya i did that but they werent much as the employees are only part time. They told me to call fido and ask for loyalty department.
If they dont give it to me ill be switchubg over to virgin mobile— 55$ for 3gs and no contract. I dont see much benefit im getting with fido for 2gs and 80$ im paying its ridiculous.
