Hello tried to buy the 10GB for $60/month online, went to my account and went to promos, it will not let me buy it online? why? went to change plans and the promo does not even show up, what to do

Hello Maria, 

thank you ! Yes I kept calling and calling with no luck just a busy signal, finally at around 8:30 pm yesterday I got a live agent after waiting for 2 hours . I got the promotion for $85/month 😛
