10GB for $60/mo promotion not available for some existing customers
I tried to change my plan (very expensive) to the promotion plan and Fido replied that I need to pay $400 because I just upgraded to an iPhone 6s (not even a 7) when I signed my most recent two year contract and paid some money. I'm not sure how much they think an iPhone costs but to me this is a way of avoiding providing the upgrade and cornering existing clients to stay. I'm going to start looking for another carrier that helps to reduce my costs. Anybody with the same experience?
