Hi, I signed up for the deal $10GB for $60 on Monday 18, 2017. My phone was out of service and on Tuesday 19, 2017 @ 4.30 PM my number was ported successfully and I was able to use it. On the same day @ 9:00 PM i got a message that i reached my data limit (9.85 GB out of 10 GB).I have not even used data at all because i was on wifi all the time.
Can u explain the glitch and try to reset my data?
