10GB Plan

I'm trying to sign up for the 10GB plan before it ends but I haven't been able to get through to customer service. Please help

You are in good company. I think half the planet wants this plan.  

 

The customer support systems were obviously not upgraded to handle the response. Everything is toast. I have tried for days. No chance. So. Not sure what they are going to do to clean this up. Nothing is more annoying than giving deals to only some people. This will create a lot more bad will than good if they don’t figure something out. But I don’t blame the poor CS people trying to clean up the mess. 

 

We will see what goes on.

This is very frustrating! Hopefully they extend the deal to all those who have been trying to get the promotion and haven't been able to!
