$10 off not showing up on my bill

I received the discount from a local store in BC during the Black Friday 2017: $10 off and an extra 500MB data for one year on the $45 BYOF plan (500mins + 500MB). The saler was saying the promotion will be activated one month after my first bill. However, the thing is my data has been upgraded to 1GB right now but the $10 off seems still in progress, I'm still paying $45 per month. Any suggestions?

Promotions are usually applied 2-3 billing cycles after activation. How many cycles have you had so far?
