Like alot of people I have been trying all day to reach fido customer service to change my plan to This promo. It either hangs up or tells me that they are closed. I assume this is becuase of the overwhelming number of calls. I even drove to a fido store only to find out they too can't reach customer service and were unable to help.
My question is, will fido extend this promotion to honor the deal for the customers that have been unable to reach customer service.

thanks for the reply, No i tryed to phone in for three days but the system was totaly down and with the chrismas holidays i didnt have any more time to devote to it so i stoped trying to call in. Is this an offer you are still able to honor for forks like me? I would still like to make the switch to this plan.

We had an overwhelming response to this promotion and understand that not everyone was able to take advantage of the limited time offer. We have lots of great deals available for customers, especially around the holiday season

Went to a Fido store waited 1 hour on the phone as I was at the store. to tell me the 60.00 plan is now 129.00. So I don’t have a contract anymore and been with Fido for more than a decade. I guess it’s a great time to switch carriers!
No. I wasnt.
I called Fido customer service numerous times To get the holiday Deal. But I couldn’t get through. I have also PM’ed Fido in Facebook but no reply. I can provide a screenshot of the messages
