Hi, I added my wife's line to under my account from Koodo, the only reason why I did this is getting the 10% discount for the additioal line. I confrimed this with the sales person from the Costco, when I adding the line. But I don't see any discount on the bill, what is going on here?

If you added a new line on your account, then you're eligible for the 10% discount.
