This is just to vent at the helplessness i feel right now with Fido. I have called them more than 4 times to complain that i do not receive the 10% discount they promise on additional lines and all i get from the customer service people is that, "i just added it and you will see it in your next bill' , but till date nothing.
I think they are banking on people not checking - FIDO is FRAUD!!!
