10% discount missing on my line

So I recently got a new number and I was promised the in market plan of 6GB + 2GB Bonus (For two years) + 10% discount on the 49$+tax Quebec plan as a loyalty plan for me being with Fido. Though my bill came out recently and I noticed the 10% discount was not applied to my Quebec number.  So I was charged 49$ + tax instead of $49 - 10% = 44.9$+tax.

I'm having the same problem on my 2 additional lines. Credit disappeared. Trying to find out if this promo is still being offered.
