When I firmed the contract with Fido, the lady told me that we'll have 10% discount for adding the second line,
But Fido sent me the Bill, and that 10% is not detailed or express in my bill,
How can I claim my 10% discount?, can I do it over here

I did this and was told testerday I would have to wait another 2 months for this to appear on my account. I added a new subscriber on August 14, I was told to call back at the end of November!
That doesn't sound right?
PS I see from another post it should have been applied straight away.
My husband and I just opened an account yesterday. But the sales didn't add my husband's number on my account, is it possible to fix it now? Thanks.
