10 Gb deal for 60 dollars, is it avialable for FODO customer?

I saw the ads, and just wondering all FIDO customers can get this or not if they wanted it. I have learned that Koodo upgrade their customer to match with FIDO holiday plan 10 GB for $60. I tried to call FIDO for 2 days and always cut me off. Sometime it show me that 13 years with this company means nothing to them just money

I'm having an issue finding this deal, it doesn't seem to be offered when I look through your "BYOD" plans for my phone.

 

I brought my own unlocked phone to the network, and I don't think I'm on a contract since I brought my own device.

You just have to keep scrolling through the plans and you will see it, it will be the $60 5gb plan. Just select that plan and the other 5gb will automatically be added by Fido, it can take up to 2-3 billing cycles for it to be added but it will be added.

I scrolled through and it was only offering "small" "medium" and "large" plans of varying degrees, the only 5gb was for $85, with only a $65 plan offered. Now it's just saying "something went wrong".

I had the exact same options. This is not an isolated issue. We do not have the option we're told to look for.

maybe theyre having trouble with their website, but if you see the small, medium, you need to keep clicking the left arrow and go to the byop which is a bunch of plans will show, could also be basd on province make sure you are in ontario

its the $60 dollar 5 gb plan, the other 5 gigs is bonus and not shown until you change plans.

this is the byop version if you want to bring your own phone

 

if you are on a term and want to keep getting a phone renewal every 2 years u need to switch to the $85 dollar version of the plan its the same except its costs more for the renewal.  this is whty byop is cheaper, cus u save money if u dont need to change handsets, this was the whole idea behind byop

Hi

i would like to change this plan online. Just wondering do I just select the 5GB Pulse plan option for $60 and the bonus 5GB will be added later? Just want to make sure since I don’t see the bonus anywhere. Also that bonus is it forever as long as you don’t change plan?

It is indeed possible to get it as an existing customer. We're receiving a higher volume of requests at the moment due to this awesome deal but we're working as fast as we can to get back to everyone as soon as possible. 

 

You can even change your plan directly on My Acccount online. 

 

Let me know if you need some help with that.

Hi there! 

 

I've been trying to do this online through my account and was unsuccessful. Message keeps popping up saying "Sorry, Something went wrong".


Still waiting on Fido Live chat since 5:15pm and now at 7:40pm with 20 minutes til customer rep closes...it's impossible.

Are fido prepaid customers eligible for this plan? I talked on the phone yesterday to representative and they told me I was eligible and when I called today, she said there was no more promo for it.

Same boat.

On hold for hours, getting randomly disconnected.

Facebook Messenger I got a response saying they were busy but would get to me eventually... yesterday. Nothing. Nothing from today's messages either.

Can't see the plan on the BYOD page (NO, it's not there if I scroll left, or right, or anywhere, or use a different browser. It's not there).

I'm definitely on a BYOD plan. I'm on a Loyalty $50/3GB (1GB + 2GB free for 24 months) plan, hence wanting the switch.

 

If I click the "Get It" button on the Ad on front page, it gets me click the Plan on the promos page, and when I click it I get asked to Login, even though I'm already logged in.

 

I missed the $40 Promo for 4 or 6GB, or whatever it was a few months ago.

I really hope I don't miss this one or honestly I'm just going to find another company.

It's far too difficult to ever get anyone from Fido to help me.

I think it would make everyone feel much better if we knew we will still be able to get the deal after Dec 19th.

I know after all my attempts if I do not get the deal still then I will have to leave Fido. It's the principal of the whole thing and the weight of frustration. I will gladly take a loss at that time if forced to do it.

 

They should either announce an extension or provide a general message that existing customers that tried to get the deal and failed due to volume are still eligibal.

Hello, I tried to change it myself online  and  each time I click to get the plan it re-routes me to my account. When I go there to change plans, the 10GB plan is not available as an option. Should I try calling or will that function be fixed? Thanks.

Been trying to get Fido on the phone since this morning and they just hang up on you.

Facebook is silent from the last 24 hours..
