I tried calling to change my plan, and I was not able to get through to anyone. I saw on this forum that I could change it online, all I had to do was select the 5gb BYOD plan. After I successfully changed my plan to the 5gb BYOD, on my account it doesn't show 10gb, it just shows 5gb. WIll the 5gb bonus be added later automatically or do I still have to talk to a rep?

I changed to the 5GB BYOP online well before the Dec 19 deadline, got a change confirmation screen at checkout but when no email or other info arrived I was told "we have no record."
I suggest you call them back to verify. They told me basically so-sad, too-bad, offer is over.
Nice way to treat a 6 year customer, eh?
