I've had an issue with my bill. I have tried unsuccessfully to get someone from Fido to respond to me via email. The first time I emailed them I clicked email as my preferred means of communication. However, I received a phone call from a representative. I responded again via email, restating my issue about the bill, while also telling them that I have some vocal issues at the moment due to medical reasons, and that I require email for communication. Yet, I received a call again from the same person, who didn't mention the issue, and pointed out that he's called multiple times but I've been unavailable. Thus, I am wondering how in the world I can actually get Fido to acknowledge my current medical disability, and actually contact me through email, or some other form of text?
