i haven't used the fido my account app in a month and it looks like i was signed out, i keep getting the error "sorry we've hit a snag check back later" even after
-un-installing and re-installing the app.
-as well as clearing cache.
-i even changed my username and password just to make sure. and it still does'nt work
are there any other solutions?

They are aware some customers are having the same issues as yourself and are working on a solution (see here). Hopefully they will be able to find a fix for the issue(s) soon.
