Trying to install some new apps but I keep received "Error - Installation failed. Try later (-2).
I have a Samsung Galaxy Q. I've tried "later" and have also tried turning off the phone and removing battery. Never have had issues before so not sure if it's my settings? I do have space on my SD card.

Hi guys,
First thing I would suggest is clearing the Google Play Store cache. This would be in Settings, then go to Apps > All > Google Play Storeand hit "Clear Cache" as well as "Clear Data". I would suggest doing the same in Apps > Download Manager (clear cache may be greyed out, but clear data should do the trick).
