When you made the new username, did you make sure to register as a subscriber? We're aware the Data Bytes option may not be there and the current workaround would be to register as a subscriber. In most cases, that should work.
We are still looking into this though and we hope to have a fix soon as we know how important the 5 hours of extra data are to our customers!
we have registered as a subscriber already. even my husband is unable to access the free data. we never had problems before. this seems to be false advertisement, i have some friends who can't access either
