i couldn't check my detail usage showing like this under picture.how do i fix it? i already deleted app and again install even update also.

Does the same issue happens on your MyAccount on fido.ca? I can understand that you've already tried to uninstall and reinstall the application. 

 

Make sure that your device is also at the most recent update. If the issue persists, you can contact us here or we can send you a PM on the Community.
