Over limit 26 minutes in My Account App

Good day Sirs  My plan is $50 monthly. So i have 4GB data in my plan and 500 minutes call. I used 2.04 GB of data and 82 minutes of calls. But in app i found 26 minutes over limited notice.  What's this?   Best regards

Hello, Data usage details can't show on the mobile phone for two months, I already updated the last one,and i received over charge this month !

Resolved! Fido Xtra History Erased

Hi I recently updated My Fido app. (Which looks amazing btw). I then went to my Fido Xtra history and found that is was all gone. Any advice?  Thanks

Resolved! Data bytes issues

My data bytes were only working some of the time which caused me to incur overage charges and use up my data

fido usage lssue

i couldn't check my detail usage showing like this under picture.how do i fix it? i already deleted app and again install even update also.
