remaning data

Hello! The remaining data cannot be checked in the application.  I tried to re-install the app, but it won't solve the problem.   I think it's been like this for weeks.       How do I deal with this?   Please reply.   Thank you Have a good day.

Over limit 26 minutes in My Account App

Good day Sirs  My plan is $50 monthly. So i have 4GB data in my plan and 500 minutes call. I used 2.04 GB of data and 82 minutes of calls. But in app i found 26 minutes over limited notice.  What's this?   Best regards
