Fido My Account App - Hit A Snag

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?  I have an Android device, and whenever I try to login to the My Account app using the same credentials as I do on the website, I keep getting the "We've hit a snag" error message.

Fido extra 5hours of data not found

I've tried removing snd reinstalling the app and everything and still can't find the extra 5 hours of data tab anymore. It was fine until IOS14 came out and I updated my phone. Please help
