Resolved! Data Usage in Fido app

Its my third month since I started using Fido cellular data. I payed this month’s bill and I can’t check how much data I used (or how much i used). It says, “Details not available, please check later. ” And when I tap on ´View details’, this pops up....

Unable to enable Touch ID for the Fido MyAccount app

I am unable to turn on the function for Touch ID to authenticate my credentials on the app. Whenever I try to do so, it immediately logs me out and I have to log back in everytime to view my bill.
