I can't see my data usage in the app because it says unavailable. I tried updating and then reinstalling, nothing works. Help me fix this ASAP.

Did you try restarting your device? Also, can you try with and without WiFi to see if it helps? If you log in through the website can you see the usage there? If you tried everything and it still gives the error I would suggest you contact customer service directly and they can look into your account to see what is happening.
