Hi @RN0708, sorry to hear that you can't access your 5 hrs extra data through the app. Have you tried restarting your device and / or reinstall of the app? I was having trouble intermittently about 6 months ago also and I cleared the cache and restarted my Samsung device and it seems to be good now. I may have even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Please let us know if those suggestions work for you, as it will help to further help solve problems in the future. All the best
