It's is so exciting about this company is that they push you towards the so called  their app which is most of the times down, I was thinking of paying my monthly bill using the app, guess what, as always, you go online on computer,  you get stuck with another **bleep**, I think it's called Jack, unfortunately,  I have been with this company for what 20 yrs , I might not have called them more than 10 times in those years,  and and and whenever I call them or try chatting,  I am always hoping,  if this company check my past 3 interactions and I was shocked that I am paying more for something which was supposed to be $5 , none of my fault , but it was never acknowledged and now I have to pay $10 which after 30 mins of chat I agreed coz u are tired of reading the **bleep** on chat, company itself I think doesn't care about their loyal customers and going to switch whenever my current contract is over or sell it out to someone and move on with my life

In terms of the app, it should be up and running. Can you tell us a bit more as to what's going on with it?


Next, in terms of our LiveChat or support via Social Media we do have a virtual assistant named AskJack that answers your general questions. If at any time you need to speak to a rep though just type in "chat with a rep" and follow the prompts and a specialist can take over.
