I have a Fido Pulse Plan that was activated on March 26th, 2017, I have never had spotify premium before so I am trying to activate the free 6 months that my plan says it comes with.
I have followed the instructions at this link: http://forums.fido.ca/t5/forums/forumtopicpage/message-uid/80136#U80136 but it won't give me the option to log in to spodify.
Evey time I put the code it it just says "Upgrade Your Plan: With a Fido Pulse plan, you can subcribe to Spotify Premium and enjoy up to 6 months FREE or buy Spotify for 9.99/Month"
I don't understand why it is telling me to upgrade my plan to be able to get the 6 months free when I already have a Fido Pulse plan that says the Spotify upgrade is included in.

Did you have a Spotify username prior to that? Also, are you still using a Fido Pulse plan?
