Won a Prize

I was notified that I had won a prize through the Fido app and completed the information requested. I have not heard or received anything further and was wondering if anyone knows how long these things take or who I can contact to find out more information.

I provided all of the information for claiming the prize however I have since moved as the win was over 2 months ago. I updated my address with Fido and tried to confirm the prize will come to my new home but no one seems to know who can help with this.

Congratulations on your win? When you claim the prize it should give you instructions on how to claim the prize.
