I am still not able to turn on Face ID for log on on my account app on my iPhone 12. It says Face ID is not enabled on my phone but it is...my account app isn't showing up in the apps that requested to use Face ID. I read in one section that they were having a problem with this but that was back in April. I wonder when this issue will be fixed.
