Unable to start data boost (5hrs of data)

Hello,

 

I am unable to start the data boost from the fido app. I get an error message saying that something went wrong. It's been three weeks. 

I've reinatalled the app multiple times and restarted the phone with no results. Looking for help. Thank you.

I'll be happy to help you with your 5 hours of data! In order to do that, can you confirm the following:

 

1. Can you provide your current phone model and OS version please?

 

2. Also, can you confirm the current app version your using (found under ''SUPPORT'' tab)?
