This is the second day in a row that I am unable to log into the mobile app. I have deleted and reinstalled it with no success. I have changed my password, and then deleted and reinstalled it with no success. This problem began after Fido went offline for maintenance recently. What are my next steps?

I am happy to report that I was able to solve the problem bye completely shutting down my iPhone, turning it back on, and then logging out of and back into the app.

This doesn't sound right.
What phone model are you using right now?
Which version of the app is it?
Also, are you logging in using your phone number or your email address as a username??
