This is the second day in a row that I am unable to log into the mobile app. I have deleted and reinstalled it with no success. I have changed my password, and then deleted and reinstalled it with no success. This problem began after Fido went offline for maintenance recently. What are my next steps?

Which version of the app is it?
Also, are you logging in using your phone number or your email address as a username??
