Unable to login to Fido My Account App

I'm a Participant Level 2
I'm a Participant Level 2

I'm able login to my account from desktop or mobile browser but the app won't allow me to login. 

 

I'm hoping you would already know my device & OS information if not I'm using LG G6 which runs obviously on Android.

Are you still having difficulty logging into the My Account app?

That doesn't sound normal at all, can you try to uninstall and reinstall the app?

 

Keep us posted if it works or not!
