The Fido app sucks so much that it's barely usable. Why go through the time, effort, and money of developing an app if it's going to be so terrible to use.

I am sorry to hear that's how you feel about the app Can you be more descriptive of what exactly the issue is though? Is there any error message when you try to access the app? Have you tried accessing it while turning off the wifi? Can you make sure you have the latest version of the app (4.3.0)?
