Although carrier billing of Spotify Premium has ended as of today, the end date of your Premium subscription depends on your bill cycle.
For example, if the service is paid on the 10th of every month, it will keep working until the 10th of February. Once that date passes you can register again with the same username directly on Spotify.com and all your playlists and saved music will remain!
