So today I saw a post about T-mobile excluding usage from speed test and i was wondering if Fido is the same.

Does Fido exclude speed test usage?

Are you asking if the app Speed Test will use your monthly data usage?if so then yes.
Tried it a few months ago for fun and next thing I know used about 1Go for like 10 speed tests
