Hello!
I have a question for the Fido app!
I have total 4 GB for a month. Also I have used to check remaining data from Fido App.
Today... The app shows me I don’t have remaining data... “0 GB”
but,
‘Used data’ is only 2,44 GB..
What’s wrong? .....

I'd like to narrow down the reasons of that mismatch by asking you a few questions:
1) Are you able to access your account through a computer? Does it show the correct information?
2) Do you have the latest version of the app?
3) Did you power off and on your phone?
4) Have you changed your plan recently, removed or added data?
5) Is it something you've noticed only today?
