Hello, Data usage details can't show on the mobile phone for two months, I already updated the last one,and i received over charge this month !

Hey @Becky309,

 

We know how important it is to be able to track your usage at all times to avoid over usage charges and we offer multiple tools through which you can stay on top of it and check it out at all times.

 

You can keep an eye on your usage not only through the App, but also on your online account on fido.ca directly and by calling our Automated System at *3337 from your phone. In addition, we also send you a notification once you reach 90% and 100% of the data that comes with your plan.

 

If you have any questions about your bill, don't hesitate to contact us here or we can alternatively send you a PM on the Community. 

 

As for the app not displaying the usage, we'll need to ask you a few questions to get to the bottom of it:

 

- What exactly happens when you try to view your usage? Is there an error messages?

- Do you also have trouble viewing your usage on your online account on fido.ca or does it work there?

- What phone are you using and what's the version of the OS?

 

Let us know and we'll take it from there.
