Please help me avoid double payments.

I registered the changed card number and completed the payment today. 5.30 days payment is requested so that it cannot be made twice.


I'm nervous because there's still a payment left on the app. I look forward to your e-mail response.

  I can understand your apprehension that the payment could be late or made twice. You should note that the length of time it takes for a payment to be received by Fido can vary depending on payment method (see here). It would be the customer's responsibility to ensure that payments are received by the due date in order to prevent any late fees.


  You should also note that this forum is a community venue. If you would like to verify whether your payment has been received before the app has updated information, you would need to contact customer service.
